The heat pump generates a lot of noise during its operation.
The heat pump has a compressor whose operation generates vibrations. These same vibrations can extend to the pipelines that when in contact with the facade can generate noise.
It is important to follow the installation instructions in your manual. The heat pump should therefore be installed and screwed on a perfectly flat floor, on the 4 anti-vibration pads supplied with your device.
As a precaution, in the event that vibrations are still being heard, we will ask you to ensure that all the facades are properly screwed. Indeed, a facade not sufficiently fixed will tend to vibrate more and will create more noise.
Finally, make sure that the heat pump is not in a place with a lot of resonance, because depending on the place chosen, it may amplify the noise of the heat pump.
