Your control box displays the code " Err P9 ". The pump does not start.
The code " Err P9 " can be either the consequence of a gas leak of your heat pump, or the electronic board.
The code " Err P9 " is over all a problem related to the gas.
Please verify the pressure indicated on the manometer on the front of your heat pump (when pump stopped). The gauge needle of the manometer has to indicate a pressure in PSI corresponding to the outside temperature (for example 200PSI corresponds approximately to 20 ° Celcius,)
If the gauge needle of the manometer indicates more than 10 ° compared with the outside temperature, there is probably a gas leak in the heat pump. Then please fill out the After-Sales form (available here).
If the gauge needle indicates less than 10° from the outside temperature, then it is possible that the probe may be disconnected, or the electronic card may be defective.
- Please access the electronic card by removing the top cover of the heat pump and the electronic top cover.
- Then make sure that the low pressure sensor (low pressure sensor on the electronic diagram) is connected to the electronic card, using your wiring diagram.
If the problem persists despite the correct connection, then we recommend replacing the electronic card.
