Problem
Your heat pump is running but the control box no longer displays anything, or a button on the remote control stops responding.
Origin
The problem is due to a bad connection or malfunction of the control box.
Resolution
1/ incorrect connection of the control box
To ensure that the control box is plugged in, simply remove it from its support (front panel), and check that the connection plug is fully depressed and that the tabs are not bent.

If the control box is properly connected and the problem persists, the control box is probably defective
2/ Defective control box

- If you do not have a 12V, please refer to the section "control box off" (point 2, here)
- If the 12V is present, the control box is to be replaced.
