The heat pump starts (ventilator), shows no error message, but the compressor does not start
To start, the compressor needs a help. This help is supplied by the condenser of starting up of the compressor. If it is faulty or disconnected, the compressor will not start.
To reach the condenser, it is necessary at first to electrically disconnect the heat pump. Once disconnected, please identify where the condenser is located using the manual (detailed view of your heat pump) and follow the next instructions:
1 - Open the top cover of the heat pump by unscrewing the screws around the cover.
2 - Open the cover of the electronic case.
3 - Ensure that the compressor start condenser is connected to the electronic board.
4 - Ensure that the compressor start condenser is not inflated (see below a picture of an inflated capacitor next to a regular consender).
5 - If the capacitor is inflated, it must be replaced. Please identify its power (in µF) which is indicated on the condenser.
6 - If the condenser is in good condition, well connected and the problem persists, please fill out a form on our interface. A technician will then provide you with a solution.
